Invitation to Tender

Provision of Distilled Water and Accessories

Aviation Security Company Limited, Hong Kong (AVSECO) was established in 1997 and is jointly owned by the Airport Authority Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government.  At present, AVSECO employs over 4,000 staff.

AVSECO now invites tender for the provision of distilled water and accessories.  Duration of the contract is 24 months from the contract commencement date which is tentatively May 2023 with an extension option of a maximum of 12 months. 

The Invitation to Tender document is available in the following manner:

(1)           Collect in person or via representative

Collect physically at AVSECO Procurement Office at 3/F., 15 Cheong Tat Road, Hong Kong International Airport Tower 2 from 15 March 2023 between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm and between 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, until the tender closing time and date (2:30 pm on 11 April 2023).  Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card upon collection for AVSECO’s record purpose.

(2)           Collect via Email

Email to the AVSECO Representative at tender.a@avseco.com.hk to request collection of the Invitation to Tender document between 15 March 2023 and 2:30 pm on 6 April 2023.  Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card for AVSECO’s record purpose when making the request.  AVSECO will email the Invitation to Tender document to tenderers upon receipt of the company Business Registration Certificate and name card.
