Invitation to Tender

Provision of Cleaning Services

Aviation Security Company Limited, Hong Kong (AVSECO) was established in 1997 and is jointly owned by the Airport Authority Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government.  At present, AVSECO employs over 4,000 staff.

AVSECO now invites tender for the provision of cleaning services.  Duration of the contract is 12 months from the contract commencement date which is tentatively February 2022 (with an extension option of a maximum of 12 months).

The Invitation to Tender document is available in the following manner:

(1)      Collect in person or via representative

Collect physically at AVSECO Procurement Office at 1/F., 1 Cheong Yip Road, Hong Kong International Airport from 8 December 2021 between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm and between 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, until the tender closing time and date (2:30 pm on 5 January 2022).  Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card upon collection for AVSECO’s record purpose.

(2)      Collect via Email

Email to the AVSECO Representative at tender.b@avseco.com.hk to request collection of the Invitation to Tender document between 8 December 2021 and 2:30 pm on 4 January 2022.  Please provide copy of valid Business Registration Certificate and company name card for AVSECO’s record purpose when making the request.  AVSECO will email the Invitation to Tender document to tenderers upon receipt of the company Business Registration Certificate and name card.

Tenderers are invited to attend a tender briefing, which will be held at 10:30 am on 15 December 2021 at AVSECO Headquarters at 1/F., 1 Cheong Yip Road, Hong Kong International Airport.  For reservations, please call 2949 8173 (Mr. LAM).
